Jane Evans-Gordon was called to the Bar in 1992 after reading law at the Recent and current cases include acting for two offshore trusts and beneficiary in a matrimonial dispute worth £20 million; a Jersey company and its shareholders as third parties in a matrimonial dispute involving allegations of sham; a section 459 petition involving recovery of property of an insolvent company against a Monegasque company; several highly contentious probate claims and cohabitation property disputes. In addition Jane has some expertise in town and village green cases acting for land-owners and developers including David Wilson Homes Ltd.
